Breathe in Pink Light, Breathe out Black Light

When I originally wrote this post for my Social Media pages, I actually had it come up with quite a few of my clients over a period of a few days. It is such a rewarding and beneficial technique. So relaxing, So soothing. So healing.

Do you know about this Breathing Technique? If you do, how often do you use it? Not often enough? We forget how important the breathe is. We put our everyday stresses, commitments, life, family, others first. We forget about ourselves, we forget about our number one priority, our true self.

When a physical ailment turns up in the body, so many of us will reach for the prescribed or over the counter pain killers but is that the actual problem? Is this something we have been conditioned to believe? 9 times out of 10, the core of the issue may not be the physical issue itself. No, it could actually be a build up of stresses, tension, negative emotions & so on. Did you know that even, our thoughts play a huge part in what we experience?

One of the best self help healing techniques that I can share with you is this. Breathe! Make the time, a couple of times per day, just to breathe and to come back to you, back to the now. Coming back to the breathe, is such a vital and positive tool. You do not have to spend much time on it.

Let's breathe together. I want you to relax your body from head to toe. Now feel. What do you feel? Do you feel any aches or tension anywhere? Any heaviness or stiffness? Do you want to learn how to release this feeling with little effort?

Let’s begin by taking one deep breath in, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Let's do this again. Take a deep breath in, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Now on your next breath in, I want you to imagine beautiful pink light being drawn in, right down into your body. Imagine it. Feel it. Now, on your out breath, I want you to imagine breathing out black heavy light. How did this feel?

Let's try this again. Take a deep breath in, however, this time imagine the pink light filling up the stressed, tensed or painful areas of your body. Feel it. Now, on your out breath, I want you to imagine, breathing out black light, all that stiffness, heaviness, all that tension, stresses, let it go, all those aches & pain, all the negative energies you have been holding onto, let it all go. How do you feel?

Keep doing this until you feel you cannot release anymore black light. Be careful not to exert yourself. Be gentle. You will know how long you can handle this deep breathing for. You will know when your body is finished this deep breathing exercise as you will feel lighter, more relaxed, less achy and / or tensed.

Please do not be too hard on yourself if you find this hard at first. If you cannot see colour, or cannot see light, just feel it, magine it. It does not have to be perfect. At the end of the day, what we want for you, is to feel some kind of shift, some kind of release, less stress, less tension. Do this as often as possible. It does not have to take long. It is such a powerful and worthwhile tool to have in your toolbox with such little effort on yourself .

Your Mind, Body & Soul will love you giving back to yourself, it will love this technique & thank you for it. Check out the other breathing technique ideas I share.

All my love
